To me this is a typical repair and great job by Galles. The vehicle was making noise, unfamiliar to me. The Galles team diagnosed the problem and quickly made the repair. Thankfully it wasn't more than a water pump repair and some heater hoses. I appreciated the cleanliness of the repair to where no fluids leaked in my garage. Kudos to the mechanic as the work showed the attention to detail. Thank you.

There was no improvement to the sound of the rear end and the noise it has been making after the repair. Leaving the vehicle with service for almost 3 weeks, having no other vehicle to use, almost cost me my job. I was hopeful that the repair would have fixed the issue but it did not and I am not happy, considering how much the vehicle cost me to purchase and still having the issue after the 2nd time this issue has been diagnosed. I’m losing hope that this issue can be fixed.

Everyone was awesome but our salesman, Evencio Gomez was extremely helpful. I am not new to buying vehicles from dealerships being over 60 years old. 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. There was a reminder/pop up in my vehicle that said the windshield washer fluid needed to be refilled. The paperwork said that the windshield washer fluid was topped off but 5 minutes after pulling out of the dealership, the reminder popped up again! No windshield washer fluid top off! "Quality" work from the dealership.

Great checking in and getting my appointment started on time. I have prepaid service and it was acknowledge, and included would be the multipoint check. The tming was great, got my vehicle back quickly. When I got home I didn't have a copy of my multi-point check like I usually do. it is usaully discussed with the service tech, if even briefly. The quick completion (about 30 mins), no discussion or paperwork indicates the inspection was not accomplished.

This was an interesting experience. Perhaps the most onerous element was the sheer volume of paperwork associated with the purchase. For some reason, the vehicle identity became confused and Galles prepared the wrong vehicle, this necessitated three trips and doing the voluminous paperwork all over again. The personnel are very pleasant and easy to work with. This was a cash purchase, so we didn't deal with financing in any fashion.

Kelly was a great service rep to work with, she communicated well and was responsive to my questions. In terms of the mechanical work that was done to my vehicle, not satisfied. I pick up my vehicle with the engine light off and the following day of driving it, it turned back on and it seems to be the same issue that was supposed to be resolved. I paid an estimated $1,350 and now I have to take it back for re-inspection/diagnostics and need to pay $200 for this service. Also, when I popped my hood open I noticed that my Air Intake Hose was mishandled, it has scratches and it is discolored. When I dropped it off it was clean, practically untouched, new if you will. Just disappointed knowing that now I gotta return for the same problem and the air intake was mishandled.

I had an oil change appointment at 7:15 am on 06/09/2025, and I didn't leave the dealership until 9:30am. I figured I would be out of the dealership by 8:00am and I would be at my office by 8:15am. So, I was late getting into my office, and I missed appointments I had that morning at my office. I asked the service manager if they were short staffed on mechanics and he stated, no. So, I don't know if they took walk in's first and ignored the customers that had appointments. I noticed two other customers were waiting and frustrated with their times of service on their vehicles. They dropped the ball on this one.

Ken Winter, your service Advisor was very helpful when I brought in my 2017 Volt. He listened to my observations and explanations of the difficulties I was having with the car. He wrote them down and explained to me that if the problem was with the BECM the repair could be covered with the extended warranty. I use my car for business and was very happy and pleasantly surprised that it only took one day to have the car serviced, it was returned to me the next day with all the fault codes cleared and the software problems resolved.

I don’t know if my car had been done for a bit and they just didn’t call me but I had already been sitting there for two and half hours so I was ready to go. Took my truck in for an oil change/filters/tire rotation on Monday 21 July 2025. My tech coordinator was excellent---I cannot say the same for the service. Made an apt for 10:30. Finally got my truck back after 12 pm. Left dealership only to find the my hood was not completely shut while merging on I-25 east. Thank goodness the safety latch held and I was able to pull off at the next exit to shut hood. ????? With the condition of the road construction in the area I was very lucky not to merge at speed and not have my hood fly up into windshield???? Upon arrival home -- I found that my socket for my locking lug nuts was missing. Tried contacting the dealership/service dept. Tried 9 times on Monday and 3 times on Tuesday to contact someone at this dealership. I found that the automated phone system was one of the worst experiences I have ever had???? Never could get to a person to talk to them about my missing socket???? Left emails/voicemails--No one ever contacted me???? So--I drove back to the dealership on Tuesday.. My tech coordinator was very understanding and went out of her way to track down my missing socket. Evidently she was able to get it rescued from the trash??? It was still in my zip lock bag with my name truck model/phone number. Thank goodness for her persistence in getting my socket back. This is not the service level that I expected from this dealership. It really makes one wonder if this is the mechanic service level at this dealership-- whether one should even consider purchasing a new truck here ????

I was a little disappointed because the check engine light was on so I took my vehicle in for oil change and to have that checked. A part was ordered and was told they would call me when it arrived so I could take my car back in. It took almost 3 weeks and no call so I called the parts dept and they told me the part had arrived about two weeks ago. So I did not make an appointment I just took my car in and told them I knew part was there. The job was done on that day and I'm very happy with my vehicle. I will certainly always take my car to Galles.

I purchased a new key fob because my other one was put in the wash by accident. After a food poisoning incident! However asap we pulled it from the wash and opened it and dried it. Well we tried it and it wasn’t working. Your employee figured out the battery was in backwards. Instead of giving a chance to cancel our order on the new key fob he went ahead and programmed it. So now we have 3 key fobs. Yeah us!! As a customer of your company we feel we were ripped off $570. That would have been such a kind thing to do. We would have been forever grateful. The check engine light came back on again 5 days later while I was on the highway at 80mph in the fast lane, and the car immediately dropped to 30mph. Mr Winter was very Helpful, of course Battery Check-up for something causing a drain, it seemed to take long a long time as was Worker, working on another Car too? Was then informed needed a another Expensive Diagnosis Test. Due to a back log, wanted Me to leave my Car 3-5 days. Seems could have done both as I had to wait anyway. As being a Single car Owner, that is Not Feasible.

Simple oil change on my Corvette resulted in oil stains on my engine deck. My car was not treated with care. A clear ring of oil and a large smudge of oil from setting the cap and a dirty oil rag on my engine surround. Normally this would just be annoying, but the engine surround is made of some strange plastic that quickly absorbs the oil, so now I have two permanent stains. Oh, and a big oily hand print on the exterior deck lid paint. I can't bring in my $100k car and have it treated like a used washing machine. If even the newest tech isn't trained to lay down a clean rag and keep the oil off the car then how can I trust the service?

An absolute nightmare. Took my immaculate 2014 Corvette in for check engine light on. Leaving the car there, was summarily backed into a crunched front end. Was laughed at when asked for a loaner of compatible quality. Horrible business practices.

This vehicle was brought in for service and was scraped by another vehicle causing a very minor scratch on the bumper. We contacted the owner and disclosed that his vehicle sustained very minor damage at our facility. The vehicle was then sent to the paint shop to be repaired and was returned in immaculate condition as it was when it arrived. This customer was offered a loaner vehicle but refused to take it as he wanted a brand-new corvette to drive while his vehicle was not running properly. This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at any dealership. The service advisor at Galles completely ignored every voicemail I left — not one call back in over a month. I had to keep calling and begging for updates and still got nothing. Zero communication, zero professionalism, zero respect for customers. My car sat there for weeks with no explanation, no status updates, and no sense of urgency. It honestly felt like they didn’t care whether I ever got my vehicle back. When I finally managed to get through to someone, they acted like it was my fault for wanting basic information about my own car. Galles needs to seriously reevaluate who they’re hiring to deal with customers. Their service advisors clearly don’t understand what “customer service” means. Ignoring clients is not only rude — it’s completely unacceptable for a business that claims to be reputable. If you value your time, money, or sanity, do not take your car to Galles. They’ll ignore you, keep your car for weeks, and act like they’re doing you a favor. Absolutely disgraceful experience.

I took my 2023 Chevy Silverado for an oil change, took it home, checked the oil. Oil level would not read on the dip stick on level ground. I had to add a whole quart of oil and I still need to add a little more oil. The mechanic should have checked the oil level before returning to me the customer. I took my vehicle in after it not wanting to start gallas stated it was something simple. (That the battery wasn’t tightened in all the way) Gallas called me up and told me my car was ready and back to normal . I questioned that it was weird that it was just my battery they assured me it couldn’t be anything else due to no codes popping up when they ran it . Well the very next day it didn’t want to start again . I then returned with my vehicle stating the same exact problems I had when I was there previously the same person who helped me stated it would take at least 3 weeks to get a diagnostic . I’m extremely unsatisfied for two reasons . One, this is the exact problem iv had with vehicles iv purchased here previously. I haven’t even had this vehicle a full year . And for two if they would have checked the problem the first time I took it and didn’t assume it was the battery not being in tight enough it could have been fixed sooner . I also have a convention out of state that I will be a vending for , and now I have to find another vehicle and/or rent because gallas can’t do anything for me nor could they make accommodations . A new vehicle shouldn’t have any issues before a year specially if you take care of everything . This will be the last time I buy a vehicle or do business with gallas

I took my wife's 2020 Chevy blazer to get an oil change. Had an appointment set up for 9 o'clock. I was 10 minutes late due to traffic. Nobody came out and told me there,was a delay. Got done at 10:50M. when I asked what was the delay the service adviser came out wasn't very pleasant. Asked me why I wanted to get my vehicle out of the bay i told because I have an appointment at 11:30 about 10 minutes later. The vehicle is out of the bay, so I'm not sure if the oil was even changed.,This has happened before I will never take my vehicle back there again bad customer service !

I ordered a bed liner for my new Colorado online after checking with your parts department to make sure that it was the correct size. This way I could take advantage of the online discounts and use my points. I also paid for the installation of $80 online . When I took my Colorado in for installation I had to pay an additional $200dollars + tax for installation because the tonau cover that came with the truck had to be removed before the bedliner could be installed. This is unfair as my vehicle vin number was used and I prepaid the installation fee online.Another scam for corporate profits. I will never purchase another thing from GM. I will tell everyone I know about this experience..

Our 2025 Chevy Trax kept dying without warning. We took it to Galles Chevy on 27th of October 2025. This was the second time in less than a month. They kept it until 4 December 2025. During that time, we reached out to the dealership for updates. I never received any response. The Service Department has terrible customer service. We didn't get updates until Warren, MI. (Ms Kimyatta) got involved. She kept us informed about status until we got our vehicle back. We will be very leary about doing a any future business with Galles Chevrolet.

My sales man was Pablo and I bought the blue Colorado ZR2. From the beginning I did not like working with him. He lied to me about what year the truck was, saying it was a 2026. I corrected him that it is a 2025 and he continued to lie about it. During the price negotiation, he also wanted to deceive me about how long it's been at the dealership even though I could see how long it has been listed from the cars.com listing. Then, before I drove away I was asking him about On Star and he could not answer my basic questions. He said he would ask and get back to me about the On Star services and he never did. He also said he would call me in a few days to make sure I was liking the truck, and he never did. He had to ask me for my proof of address a few days later even though I had already given two forms of the proof. Then, a few days ago I tried to contact him about a problem I have had with the truck to get help with getting it checked out. I had called the service department and was told I would be without my truck for 7-10 days and would not get a loaner vehicle so they told me to talk to my sales man. I called his cell and texted and have never received a response. He also had his office number automate a text to me later that day saying hope everything is well but that felt empty after not responding to me. I responded to that number as well and have never heard back which makes it feel even more like an empty gesture. His message also said hope everything went well with your vehicle on Friday, I have no idea what he is talking about there because nothing happened with my truck on Friday so maybe he even sent me a message meant for someone else. It is very disappointing to be dealing with someone who has been dishonest and does not follow through on his word. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is because the other workers I dealt with were pleasant. The service department is also frustrating, though I understand sometimes things get backed up, because I should not have to wait 7-10 just to get my truck diagnosed and especially when I just bought it.

Joshua Perea was very nice and informative about the trucks , and about the service. he worked very hard to get us a vehicle that we wanted and liked. The radio on our truck did not work. I took it back to service department so they could get it fixed they told me their service guy for radios was on vacation. So it was never looked at I told them that I would call back the following week. Radio started working after four days. Seemed odd.

Dropped off my vehicle on 12/26 because the check engine light was on. I knew it would need a water pump only through a diagnostic check at Auto Zone. When I arrived at Galles, the service rep (sweet lady) said they would have it about a week. That was it, really no further explanation there. Throughout the entire time they had my vehicle, no courtesy calls of progress. I received an email asking to approve services, but I wanted to talk to someone about it cause it should be covered under warranty. I called 4 times and left two voicemails. The followthrough is horrible. I am used to Rich Ford where a Service Advisor would call and give updates. Upon picking up my vehicle on 2/7, they pulled up to the front, the guy jumped out and gave me my keys. He actually left his dirty floor paper and plastic, I had to strip it and put it in a trash myself! How disappointing.

My camera's went out on my brand new 2025 HD trail boss, and it the dealership stated it would be 5 to 10 days to diagnose the issue. I dropped off on the 2nd of January and I didn't get my truck back until the 15th of January. I don't know if the dealership is short staffed or anything electronic takes that long to fix. I thought the dealership can plug into the port on the vehicle and their computers can tell them what the issue is within minutes. It shouldn't have to take that long, unless I'm out of touch with fixing todays vehicles.
